The Thai Spa Bucharest is the trade name of P&P Express S.R.L., having its registered office at Bucharest, sector 3, Nucului, nr.6, room. 1, bl. V-101, sc. 2, et. 3, ap. 41, with Tax Identification Number (CUI) 51198884 and registration number in the Trade Register J2025005925004. In accordance with data protection legislation, we are the data controller when processing your personal data.
Scope
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, booking, cancellation, and use of the services and products offered by The Thai Spa Bucharest, including memberships and gift cards.
2.2 The Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and bookings made via the official website www.thethaispa.ro by phone, or directly at the spa reception. By making a booking or purchase, the client unconditionally accepts The Thai Spa Bucharest Terms and Conditions, and it is considered that they have been read and understood prior to completing the transaction.
2.3 The Thai Spa Bucharest reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be available at Terms&Conditions.
Purpose
3.1 The services and products offered by The Thai Spa Bucharest can be used by clients for personal purposes or offered as gifts to other individuals through the purchase of memberships or gift cards.
3.2 The Thai Spa Bucharest provides Thai massage services and related therapies, which can be purchased online, by phone, or directly at our location. Services can only be accessed based on prior booking and subject to availability.
3.3 By using our services, the client agrees to comply with the internal rules of the spa center and to provide accurate information regarding any medical conditions relevant to the chosen therapy.
General Booking and Usage Conditions
4.1 Bookings can be made by phone at +40 770 557 246, via email at thethaispabucharest@gmail.com, through the contact form on the website, or directly at the reception desk.
4.2 To confirm a booking, the client may be asked to provide valid contact details (name, phone, email).
4.3 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Otherwise, the service will be considered as rendered, and any amount paid (if applicable) will not be refunded.
4.4 The last appointment of the day is at 21:00 (the spa schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 – 22:00).
4.5 The Thai Spa Bucharest reserves the right to deny access to any client in case of inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with hygiene and conduct rules.
Gift Cards and Memberships
5.1 Gift cards and memberships are electronic or physical documents that can be purchased online or directly at the spa reception.
5.2 They are valid during the periods specified on our website from the date of purchase and can only be used for the services specified.
5.3 Gift cards and memberships are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash.
5.4 In case of loss, theft, or expiration, they will not be replaced.
5.5 A fiscal invoice will be issued for the purchase of any gift card or membership.

Miscellaneous
8.1 The Thai Spa Bucharest reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend activity in case of force majeure (earthquakes, fires, pandemics, exceptional situations, etc.) without any obligation of compensation.
8.2 This document constitutes the full agreement between the client and The Thai Spa Bucharest and supersedes any prior verbal or written agreement.
